Insurance
Our office is not In-Network with any dental insurance, however we are able to file claims for any non-HMO dental plans. Dental insurance benefits vary, and each plan is unique. Feel free to contact our office we will gladly go over any questions you may have about dental insurance and our office policies regarding it. Please be aware that all professional services rendered are the patient's responsibility regardless of your insurance coverage and payment is expected at the time of service.
Financial Policy
For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer financing through CareCredit®.
Cancellations
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
